The About.com Reader's Choice Awards 2011 Best Pool and Patio category honored the year's top pool and patio products, brands and manufacturers, as nominated and chosen by our readers. Along with several other About.com sites, this was the first year that the Pool and Patio category joined the Readers' Choice Awards, making it About.com's biggest awards event ever!
The Best Pool and Patio categories honored the Best Outdoor Patio Furniture, Best Pool Cleaner/Vacuum, Best Pool Test Kit, Best Hot Tub/Spa, and Best Decking. Nominations were counted and five finalists were determined in the five categories.
The 2011 About.com Readers' Choice Awards received thousands of nominations during the open nominations period between January 13 to February 4, 2011.
2012 About.com Readers' Choice Awards
There are seven categories this year, including three new ones. The nomination period begins Wednesday, January 18, 2012. The nomination period ends Wednesday, February 15, after which nominations will be tallied, and five finalists will be determined for each category. View the categories and nominate now! The voting phase begins Wednesday, February 22, 2012 and continues through Wednesday, March 21. The winners, as determined by your votes, will be announced on Friday, March 30, 2012.
