Before Jerry Seinfeld became The Marriage Ref (his new NBC comedy-game panel-reality show that will be one of the 10 p.m. replacements for Jay Leno's show), he lived the L.A. bachelor life during his nine-season run on his sitcom, Seinfeld. The 1990s were Jerry Seinfeld's bachelor glory days, when his award-winning sitcom reigned over NBC's "Must-See TV" Thursday-evening lineup.

For some reason, the Realtor.com listing suggests the new buyer can leave the home in its post-Seinfeld splendor -- which looks pretty fabulous -- or can tear down and rebuild. And why would you want to do this? Because its location, location, location -- between West Hollywood in Coldwater Canyon -- boasts views of downtown Los Angeles, the coast, and everything in between.

For those who don't like McMansions and swimming pools with faux boulders and water features, this may be your dream pad. While the listing doesn't mention when the house was built, it looks like an updated Midcentury Modern: floor-to-ceiling glass windows, seamless transitions between indoors and outdoors, balconies, patios, and a rectangular swimming pool.

The three-bedroom, five-bathroom 5,913-square-foot house also has a hot tub/spa, and indoor amenities like fireplaces in three rooms, hardwood flooring and a media room. Presented by The Filice Group.
