What Should I Do?
If you have either product in a container with a pump spray mechanism, you are advised to return it to the store from which you bought it for a full refund.
What if I've already used the cleaner or brightener?
Return the container, even if it has been opened and the contents have been partially used. If the contents have been completely used, dispose of the empty container and do not attempt to reuse it.
Warning: If the container is leaking or has leaked in the past, do not return the product to the store. Instead, the CPSC and Cabot recommend that consumers should immediately call the toll-free number, (877) 755-3336, and a representative will arrange for safe handling of the product.
